Common questions
- My drifts are not being detected.
- Mount the phone firmly and let the calibration finish before you start — the app needs the phone to stay fixed relative to the car. Also make sure location permission is granted and you have a clear view of the sky; detection needs a live GPS speed reading.
- Why does the app need my location?
- Speed and route recording come from GPS, and drift angle is computed from speed together with the gyroscope. Location is used only while you are actively using the app — never in the background.
- My top speed looks lower than what I saw on the dashboard.
- The app reports GPS-measured speed. Car speedometers usually read a few percent high by design, so a small difference is expected.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from — open your App Store or Google Play account settings → Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app: profile icon (top right) → Delete account. Or see Delete your account if you no longer have the app installed.
