By downloading or using Drift Analyzer (“the app”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the app store rules.

2. Safety — track use only

Drift Analyzer is intended for closed circuits and private tracks only. Do NOT use or interact with the app while driving on public roads. Never take your eyes off the road. You alone are responsible for driving safely and for obeying all traffic laws and regulations. We are not responsible for any accident, injury, damage, fine, or loss resulting from your use of the app.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Subscriptions

Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly).

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Usernames and content must not be offensive or infringe others’ rights.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Drift detection, distances, speeds and scores are estimates from device sensors and may be inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
