1. Acceptance
Last updated: August 5, 2026. By downloading or using Chemistry Tuple, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. Personal use
4ES grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Chemistry Tuple for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable platform rules.
3. Purchases and advertising
The game may offer advertising, rewarded features, and a non-consumable “Remove Ads” purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple and are also subject to that store’s terms. Availability and pricing may vary by country. Except where required by law or platform policy, refunds are handled through the store where the purchase was made.
4. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the game or its services, bypass purchase validation, generate fraudulent advertising activity, reverse engineer the game except where the law expressly permits it, or use 4ES content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game. Online services, ads, rewarded features, and store connections may occasionally be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chemistry Tuple is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, 4ES is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game.
