1. Overview
Last updated: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the Android and iOS game Chemistry Tuple, developed and published under the 4ES brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 4ES is a game label used by an independent developer; the legal seller name shown by a platform store may depend on the developer account type.
Chemistry Tuple does not require a 4ES account. The game stores puzzle progress and preferences locally on your device. Store services connect to check available products and purchases. When advertising is configured, ad services may process device, advertising, and transaction-related information as described below.
2. Information handled
Information stored locally
The game may store the following information on your device:
- level progress, scores, stars, moves, and resumable game state;
- game settings and advertising preference;
- whether the “Remove Ads” entitlement has been granted on the device.
4ES does not operate a user-account server for Chemistry Tuple and does not receive your locally stored gameplay progress. Removing the app or clearing its storage may permanently erase this local data.
Advertising information
When advertising is configured and you make an advertising choice, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and participating advertising partners may collect, process, and share information such as:
- advertising, installation, device, or other personal identifiers where permitted;
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device model, operating system, language, app version, and network information;
- ad requests, impressions, views, taps, clicks, reward events, and other interactions inside an ad experience;
- purchase-history signals, app diagnostics, performance information, and fraud-prevention signals;
- your personalized or basic advertising choice.
This information may be used to deliver ads, measure performance, limit repetition, provide rewarded features, prevent fraud, meet security or compliance obligations, and—only when you permit it—personalize advertising. The game does not request or display an ad until you select an advertising privacy mode.
Store and purchase information
Unity In-App Purchasing and the applicable platform store—Google Play Billing on Android or Apple’s App Store purchasing system on iOS—may connect when the game starts to load the “Remove Ads” product and check purchase history. These services may collect or process:
- an account or store email address, player or user identifiers, Unity installation ID, advertising identifier where permitted (such as AAID or IDFA), other device identifiers (such as IDFV or an IAP installation identifier), and session identifiers;
- country and approximate location;
- product, order, receipt, transaction status, and purchase history;
- device information, crash logs, diagnostics, and other app-performance information.
Google Play or Apple processes payment at the platform level. 4ES does not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account details. Unless you contact support yourself, 4ES does not operate a user profile that separately receives your store email address.
3. Why information is used
Information is handled only as needed to:
- save progress and preferences on your device;
- serve basic or personalized advertising according to your choice;
- provide a rewarded undo after an eligible video;
- process, verify, and restore the “Remove Ads” purchase;
- maintain security, prevent invalid traffic, analyze service performance, and diagnose failures;
- meet legal and platform obligations.
5. Your choices
- Basic or personalized ads: When ads are enabled, the in-game panel lets you choose or change between basic and personalized advertising. No ad is requested or displayed until you choose. Basic ads limit personalization but still require some device, ad, diagnostic, and security processing.
- Remove Ads: A non-consumable purchase may remove banner advertising and make ad-supported undo available without viewing a video.
- Device controls: Android settings may let you reset or limit the use of your advertising identifier. On iOS, Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency setting controls access to IDFA for cross-app tracking. An in-game advertising choice never overrides a denied iOS system permission.
- Local data: You can remove locally stored progress by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it. This cannot be undone.
- Privacy and deletion requests: You may contact 4ES using the address in the Contact section. We can handle data under our control and help route a request where Unity acts for 4ES. Data controlled directly by Unity, Google, or Apple may require a request to that provider.
6. Retention and security
Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is overwritten, reset, or removed with the app. Purchase records may remain associated with your Google Play or Apple account so purchases can be verified and restored. Unity states that Unity IAP service logs are generally retained for 90 days, while orders and related records may remain until deletion is requested or longer where legally required. Advertising and store providers otherwise retain information according to their own policies and applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a small mobile game. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Children
Chemistry Tuple is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly operate a system that asks children for names, email addresses, precise location, or account details. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us so we can review and delete it where applicable.
8. International processing
Unity, Google, and advertising partners may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe the safeguards they use for international transfers.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will show when the latest revision took effect. Material changes may also be communicated in the game or store listing where appropriate.
