Progress and saves

Chemistry Tuple stores campaign progress locally on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing app storage may permanently erase progress. Cloud save is not currently offered.

Remove Ads purchase

The “Remove Ads” item is designed as a one-time, non-consumable purchase tied to your Google Play or Apple account. If it is missing after reinstalling, open the in-game support/monetization panel and use Restore Purchases while signed into the store account used for the original purchase.

Rewarded undo did not appear

Rewarded videos depend on network availability, regional inventory, privacy choices, and service status. If no video is ready, wait briefly and try again. A reward is granted only after the provider confirms that the video requirement was completed.

Privacy choices

When advertising is enabled, the game asks you to choose basic or personalized ads before requesting or displaying an ad. You can change this choice later in the in-game support panel. Basic ads limit personalization but do not stop all processing needed to deliver and secure ads. Read the full Privacy Policy for the information involved and the available controls.

Data access or deletion

Chemistry Tuple does not have a 4ES account. Puzzle progress and settings are stored locally and can be erased by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the game. This cannot be undone.

For a privacy request involving purchase or advertising services, email 4ES using the address below with the subject Privacy request — Chemistry Tuple. Do not send passwords, receipts containing full payment details, or identity documents unless we first explain why they are required. Some requests may need to be completed directly with Unity, Google, or Apple.
